In 2010 Arkadin facilitated a management meeting in San Diego,CA involving departmental managers from all regions. As a recruiting tool,as well as a multicultural message, I came up with this video concept. We recruited participants from all regions to answer set of questions. To maximize our message about Arkadin being multicultural organization I believed it was a good idea to ask questions in English, however participants would answer in their native language. It was a beautiful message how great is when people from all over world, with different cultures and languages can come together and work towards common goal…great product, great customer service and fostering exciting and productive work environment.
Yours truly came up with the concept, recruited participants from all regions and recorded the actually questioning while my peers from HR asked questions, organized incoming and outgoing participants and out marketing department edit and finalized this project. I am really proud of this project and without HR and Marketing who at that time were from England, France, China,USA and India this would never be possible.
In 2012 MHMC (Meadowlands Hopital Medical Center) initiated a movement to provide insurance to individuals who did not have insurance coverage for basic medical needs. As part of those efforts I presented and upon approval organized first ever 5K run which was a great success. It was possible with help of my HR Team members and our marketing team. Yours truly recruited employees to promote 5K run, recorded and edited video to final version.
In 2016 BronxNet invited RAIN Total Care INC and RAIN Home Care Attendance Services to participate in Q&A and talk about great work our organization does. Your truly had the honor of participating in the process.
